Since 1934, AAEE, the American Association for Employment in Education, has provided members with direct access to research, publications and networking opportunities with colleagues – all focused upon the highest standards in educator preparation, recruitment, hiring and retention.

AAEE members include:

• College and university career centers.
• School system human resource and recruiting offices.
• Teacher education faculty and administrators.
• State departments of education, certification, or recruitment and retention programs.
• Professional associations / organizations related to educators and their careers.
• Businesses and for-profit organizations related to recruitment and retention of educators.
