Educators face multiple challenges to their financial well-being. One is the challenge of repaying student loan debt. This session focuses on how school districts can attract and retain employees by helping them: (1) remove debt through connecting with federal government loan forgiveness programs, (2) learn to make payments more manageable through available loan repayment options, and (3) plan to redirect their savings to achieve their financial goal, relieve stress and have a better focus on work. It will also discuss how delivery of a financial education program can help differentiate your district when recruiting and retaining employees.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants will:
(1) have new ideas on how to educate their employees about managing student load debt, and
(2) understand how educating employees on available federal programs and strategies can differentiate the district when recruiting employees and improve employee retention.
