Inspired to Teach: 437 Student Stars

Our project is directly related to a Career/Technical Education program offered at our high school that seeks to improve the pipeline of teachers into our district and into the profession. With this grant we plan to identify students attending USD 437 who want to explore their aptitude and interest in teaching and develop their skills while providing resources and experiences to foster their interest and provide a pipeline back to USD 437 for a potential job offer as a teacher.
