HCPS - Teacher Scholars Program

The goal of the HCPS Teacher Scholars Program is to encourage, identify, and accept eligible high school Seniors who are genuinely interested in pursuing teaching careers and provide a guaranteed position as a teacher with Henrico County Public Schools.

Which aims to:

• Increase interest in the teaching profession
• Increase the future supply of teachers with teachers who already have an investment with Henrico County
• Increase the diversity of the teaching pipeline
